These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AO Guide Courses at courses.aoguide.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you are a minor, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared.

Enrollment and access

Some lessons are available free of charge; full course access is unlocked upon successful enrollment. Access is granted to you individually for personal, non-commercial learning. Course availability, schedules, and content may change as we improve our programs.

Payments and pricing

Prices are shown on the relevant course page and may vary by region. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By enrolling, you authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge the applicable amount. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All course materials — including videos, problem sets, mock exams, solutions, and written content — are the intellectual property of AO Guide Courses or its instructors and are protected by law. You may access and use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use them to train any automated system without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or course access with others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or harass other users or staff.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation warrants it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". While our courses are designed by experienced olympiad medalists and mentors, we do not guarantee any particular result, score, ranking, or selection. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AO Guide Courses will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
