Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for enrollments with AO Guide Courses.

Try before you pay

Many of our courses include free preview lessons so you can experience the teaching style and material before enrolling. We strongly encourage you to watch the available previews before purchasing.

Refund window

Refund requests must be made within 2 days of your purchase. Requests made after this window will not be honored, regardless of the reason.

Refund amount

Approved refunds are capped at 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and covers costs already incurred in providing access to the course.

Non-refundable cases

• Requests made more than 2 days after purchase.
• Live cohort seats once the cohort has begun, except at our discretion for genuine hardship.
• Enrollments cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email courses@aoguide.app from the address associated with your account, including your name and the course you enrolled in. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the payment processor that handled your purchase — Razorpay for payments made in Indian rupees, and Stripe for payments in any other currency. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund; refunds are governed by this policy.
