Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and country, provided when you sign up or complete onboarding. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive basic profile details from that provider.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. We retain transaction records (amount, status, order and payment identifiers) to confirm enrollment and provide receipts.
• Learning activity — your enrollments, course progress, and interactions with course content, so we can save your place and show your dashboard.
• Technical data — standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and approximate location (used to detect your country), collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to enrolled courses.
• To process payments, confirm enrollment, and issue receipts.
• To save your progress and personalize your dashboard.
• To send essential service emails (verification, receipts, account and course updates).
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• DiceBear — generating default profile avatars.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use these for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can access and update your profile at any time from your account settings. You can also export your data or permanently delete your account directly from Settings. To make any other request regarding your data, email us at the address below.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

The Service is intended for olympiad students, some of whom are minors. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please use the Service with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
